What is the Tech on 2 desk?
Tech on 2 is a combined service desk staffed by LMU's Information Technology Services Department and the William H. Hannon Library. It is located on the second floor of the Library.
At Tech on 2, you can get help with the following from 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday*:
- Resolve LMU account issues
- Get wired/wireless assistance
- Residence Hall device registrations (TVs, video game systems, etc.)
- Virus/spyware scanning
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Data/document recovery
And you can get basic library assistance and check out the following equipment until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until 8pm Friday and Saturday*:
- Disc drives
- VGA and HDMI cables and adapters
