How do I recover my saved document?

Please note that all computers reboot and delete all saved documents after 30 minutes of inactivity.  It is very important to save your work to an external flash drive, to Google Drive or Dropbox, email your document to yourself, or save it to LIONSHARE (LMU Students only-link to MYLMU can be found below).

Try searching for the name of your document or for a key phrase in the document in case you accidentally saved it somewhere other than the Desktop.  

If your program is frozen but the computer has not restarted, please contact the information Desk staff to help you.
