iMacs have dual operating systems.  To reboot the Macintosh OS into Windows OS:

  • Go to the apple icon in the upper left corner and hit "restart."  If that fails, you can press and hold down the power button (located at the bottom left corner behind the screen).
  • To reboot the Windows OS into the Macintosh OS, click on the Start button, then Shut Down, then select Restart in the drop-down menu.
  • Once the computer has restarted you will have the option to choose the operating system you want by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
  • Please note that once you have chosen the corresponding operating system you will need to login to the computer.
