How can I reserve a Group Study room, Presentation room, or Media Viewing/Listening room?
LMU Current Students, Faculty, and Staff
The group study rooms are intended primarily for current LMU students, faculty, and staff. You can log in with your MyLMU information (Alumni and LLS, see below). The maximum reservation time is 4 hours per group. To make a reservation, click on "Reserve a group study room" and log in with your MyLMU information at the top right hand side of the page.

Make sure to check in to your reservation within 15 minutes of the start time. You can check in at the panel near the door with your OneCard, or you can sign into the room reservation system and check in under "My Reservations".

Loyola Law School students/staff and LMU Alumni
Loyola Law School students and LMU alumni with a OneCard may use the study rooms on a drop-in basis if rooms are available at the moment- no advance reservations are permitted. These groups should visit the Information Desk on level 1 to make their reservations. Alumni and Loyola Law School MyLMU accounts will not allow you to reserve group study rooms.
